The system employs a distributed fiber optic sensing network to capture vibration characteristics generated by pig movement with 10-meter-level spatial resolution. AI algorithms automatically analyze vibration frequency and acoustic signals to accurately calculate the pig's real-time position, operating speed, and trajectory. The monitoring platform supports synchronized display on GIS maps, enabling visual tracking of the pig's location relative to pipeline stations and mileage, while simultaneously presenting multidimensional data including elevation changes and environmental conditions.

Blockage Warning and Precise Localization

When abnormal pig movement or blockage occurs, the system can identify risk events through sudden changes in vibration patterns and issue warnings within 30 seconds. Based on acoustic signal strength analysis and time-difference localization principles, it achieves precise blockage point localization with an accuracy of ±10 meters, significantly improving emergency response efficiency. The system supports historical data review and feature comparison, providing data-driven insights for analyzing blockage causes and optimizing pigging processes.

Intelligent Decision-Making and Process Optimization

The system integrates voice broadcast functionality to deliver real-time updates on the pig's operational status. By accumulating pigging operation data, AI algorithms continuously learn the operational characteristics of different pipeline sections, automatically generating pigging efficiency analysis reports and process optimization suggestions. The platform supports comparative analysis of multiple historical operation datasets, helping operators establish more scientific pigging procedures and risk prevention systems.
